The airport is 0.5 miles away. Lovely people are working there. It is a classic building, the rooms are incredibly comfortable with nice bathrooms.

Hip new hotel, it offers delicious breakfast and newly remodelled rooms. Best personnel is upon check-out. The location is good, 2 miles from Washington Monument. It provides excellent restaurant nearby.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation with beautifully updated decor. The breakfast staff stood out, providing genuine service and a fine vegetarian selection. The evening menu was less accommodating, and the beverage prices felt inflated. A good courtyard ambiance was marred slightly by nearby weddings .

We have stayed at the Fairmont in dc many times and always enjoy our stay. Staff iare very courteous and friendly. Good location to major attractions and short distance from Georgetown. White House within walking distance. Starbucks just across the street. Short taxi ride to Kennedy center.

Everyone on the staff of the hotel and restaurant were genuinely courteous. We chose the Fairmont for the pool which meant we could keep up our exercise routines over the vacation. No disappointments. My wife was ill one of the days we were there and the staff was very accommodating, bringing special meals off the menu, replacing towels when we needed them, and genuinely showing concern for our wellbeing.

We couldn't stay longer. It is a little noisy on back side of building, with truck noise in the middle of the night.
